dr Wioletta Fluda-Tkaczyk – Head of Division

Pianist, chamber musician, vocal coach, and cultural manager. Doctor of Musical Arts. A graduate of the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Kraków in the piano class of Professor Mariusz Sielski, she also completed postgraduate studies in Cultural Management and Cultural Diplomacy at the Jagiellonian University.
She is among the most active Polish pianists. Her greatest passion is chamber music in the broadest sense, which she considers her primary professional path. Her wide range of pianistic capabilities includes working as a vocal/choral coach, orchestral musician, chamber musician, pianist for opera productions, recording projects, and more. She has successfully participated in many artistic ventures, collaborating with various cultural institutions and soloists. As a chamber musician of Capella Cracoviensis, she is engaged in chamber, vocal, and solo repertoire. Her rich repertoire spans all musical eras. She performs intensively both as a soloist and chamber musician in Poland and abroad.
She has taken part in numerous festivals, symposia, and music courses, including: the Bach Festival, Sacrum Profanum Festival, International Chopin Autumn Festival, Strzegom A Cappella, Winter Music Academy and Summer Music Academy in Lusławice, Opera Rara Festival, Corno Brass Music Festival, Krakow International Composers Festival, Summer Trumpet Academy, Royal Opera Festival, Strefa Sztuki Festival in Jedlina Zdrój, International Przemyśl Salesian Musical Summer Festival, Concerti Pasquali Festival, and Trombone IPV Festival in Mannheim. She has also received several dozen diplomas for outstanding accompaniment at national and international competitions, festivals, and auditions.
For her artistic work, Wioletta Fluda-Tkaczyk has been awarded various scholarships and prizes, including: the Creative Scholarship of the Minister of Culture, the Creative Scholarship of the City of Kraków, the Creative Scholarship of the Marshal of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, multiple Rector’s Awards from the Kraków Academy of Music, and the Scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding achievements.
She has gained professional experience working at the Wrocław Opera, the Kraków Opera, and the Universität der Künste in Berlin. Currently, she is employed as an assistant professor at the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Kraków and as a chamber musician with Capella Cracoviensis. She collaborates regularly with the Karol Szymanowski Philharmonic in Kraków, the Polish Radio Choir in Lusławice, and the Cavatina Philharmonic Orchestra. Since 2020, she has served as the President of the ArtMusicArtist Association, through which she organizes various concerts and festivals.
