Kursy mistrzowskie

 


Tamara Licheli is a prize-winner and laureate of many republic and international competitions. Her concerts were held in USA, Taiwan, Switzerland, Germany, Republic of South Africa, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. She plays in the famous concert halls, such as Auditorium (Rome, Italy), Victoria Hall (Geneva, Switzerland), Carnegie Hall (New York), Kioi Hall (Japan) etc.

Tamar Licheli graduated from Tbilisi V.Sarajishvili State Conservatoire under Prof. Tengiz Amirejibi. She passed probation at Santa Cecilia National Academy with Professor Sergio Perticaroli (Rome, Italy) and in Academy of Music and Theatre of Munich with prof. Gerhard Oppitz. In different years she was Georgian President’s, Tbilisi municipality’s, Italian and German government’s scholarship holder.

Tamara Licheli performs as a soloist and also as a member of chamber ensembles. She carries out concerts together with famous musicians such as Liana Issakadze, Marina Iashvili, Ken Aiso, Akikazu Nakamura, Yuri Jislin, Alexander Rudin, Liza Batiashvili; various chamber ensembles, including the Georgian State Quartet; collaborates with conductors – J.Kakhidze, V.Kakhidze, D.Muqeria, R.Takidze, V.Machavariani, D. Del Pino Klinge, Tan Lihua, Guanluca Marciano. She annualy participates in various international festivals. It is necessary to emphasize that Tamara Licheli is the first performer of many Georgian compositions.

T.Licheli is an author of a book “Tengiz Amirejibi”- it is a book about the famous Georgian pianist and teacher, her professor – Tengiz Amirejibi. T.Licheli is an associate professor at the Tbilisi State Conservatoire. She is the founder and artistic director of Tengiz Amirejibi International Music Festival (Tbilisi, Georgia) and International Piano Competition (Borjomi, Georgia), director of Classical Music Development Foundation.

In 2020 she established three CD’s. One of them (M. Travlos 21 Concert etudes) gained Los Angeles music award “Album of the month” and Global Music Award Premium.
