DETAILED PROGRAMME REQUIREMENTS
! All the courses at the Academy are in Polish. However, classes at the Acedemy may be taught in a foreign language at the request of a student with the consent of the Dean, or on the initiative of the Dean.
Entrance examinations for the candidates who choose Voice Studies (master’s degree):
The core subject examination – vocal: (to be performed from memory)
• an opera aria or oratorio aria
• a song
The supplementary examination – a test of aptitude for acting:
• interpretation of a literary work: a poem or a prose fragment (performed from memory)
• performance of a given acting scene
The presented vocal pieces performed from memory must be chosen only from the repertoire of classical music (not popular music).
