Aleksandra Kozendra has graduated the University of Physical Education in Wrocław and Postgraduated Studies in Psychotherapy in Warsaw. For 40 years she works with people ranging in age from 3 to 80 years. She is the initiator and organizer of many courses, workshops, training courses, conferences, projects of sports, cultural and recreational activities.
Currently she is associated professionally with the Academy of Music in Cracow, University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Cultural Center Podgórze in Cracow, Academy of Education in Cracow and Malopolska Teacher Training Center in Cracow. She conducts didactic classes with students, training workshops for teachers and tutors, dance workshops, dance and movement psychotherapy workshops , fitness and personal development.
Her professional interests include: theoretical trends in psychotherapy, phenomena in psychotherapy, psychotherapeutic techniques, therapeutic work with disabled people and their families, psychological opening workshops, psychological help, voice training, good communication training, relaxation techniques, yoga basics, psychological games and activities, choreotherapy, dance and movement psychotherapy, sexuality and body, autopsychotherapy, Denison’s educational kinesiology, Alexander’s technique, Feldenkrais method, Gestalt method.
Has knowledge of about 700 ” Circle dances”.
