Application procedure for incoming students

NOMINATION.
Ask your Coordinator to nominate you via e – mail to: karolina.jarosz@amuz.krakow.pl
Deadline: 15th of April (for autumn term) and 15th of November (for spring term).

APPLICATION.
Please send your Student Application to: karolina.jarosz@amuz.krakow.pl
Deadlines: 15th of April (for autumn term) and 15th of November (for spring term).
Include inside 3 YouTube links with sample of possibilities and list of desired courses.

Learning Agreement is not required at this stage. You will have time for that once you are accepted.

When accepted we need you to prepare Learning Agreement in OLA https://learning-agreement.eu/ or other system. Our Institution does not participate in EASY https://aec.dreamapply.com/ but we can receive and sign Learning Agreements generated this way. Please ask your Erasmus Coordinator to send to us the link with EASY Learning Agreement if your institution participates in EASY. We can sign it electronically. Otherwise you can do it yourself via OLA. The system will send LA to us.

Please note that you must be a legal and a regular student of our Partner Institution to apply for Erasmus place. The decision of approval – after the qualification by the Dean of each Faculty will be sent to your Erasmus Coordinator till mid-May (for autumn semester) and the end of January (for spring semester). The Dean’s decision is final. Please note that all candidates must represent at least B2 level in English. We do not require any official certificate but please keep in mind this requirement.

Application procedure

Please send the following documentation via e – mail or regular post:

  • the proposal of a Learning Agreement
  • Student Application
  • short CV
  • a sample of 10 – 20 minutes of varied repertoire (CD, mp3, mp4, You Tube link). Composers or theoreticians: please send the sample of your scores, articles, etc.

Please note that you must be a legal and a regular student of our Partner Institution to apply for Erasmus place.
