The Global Artist Diploma combines artistic training of the highest standard with preparation for a career as a leader in the contemporary, global world of music.

The following are available to AMKP students, doctoral students and graduates:
– 1 place on the scholarship programme Global Artist Diploma
– 2 places on artist’s residency in Monterrey in Mexico (August 2027)
Requirements:
– CV (maximum two pages, in English)
- 3 video submissions:
1) Exposition of the first movement of the assigned piece for your instrument, as listed below (no accompaniment required);
2) A single excerpt of your choice from standard orchestral repertoire that complements your solo piece.*
3) A video statement (maximum 2 minutes) articulating your motivation for applying to OAcademy and how this opportunity aligns with your artistic goals and personal growth.
*For percussion players, two excerpts are required. For mandolin players, two contrasting pieces are required. Please see repertoire indications below.

Performance recordings must be no more than six months old. Edits within a single piece or excerpt are not permitted. Upload all videos to YouTube. Videos must be accessible without login or password requirements (public or unlisted).

The adjudicating panel reserves the right to assess only a portion of the submitted performance. Technically equivalent repertoire may be considered if the listed repertoire is unfamiliar to the candidate.
