The 28th Summer Academy of Music
Kraków 2026

The 28th Summer Academy of Music Kraków 2026 will take place from the 24th – 30th August 2026 at the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Kraków.
- The following groups are eligible: students and graduates of music higher education institutions, music school pupils and teachers working in music schools.
- The Summer Academy programme includes the following courses: conducting, instrumental, chamber music (strings), vocal and composition. String and wind chamber music ensembles may apply for courses conducted by educators of corresponding specialization.
- The applicants may declare themselves as:
– active participants
– listeners
If there is a large number of applications submitted to any course, the list of active participants will be established on the basis of an audition held on the first day of such a course.
- 4 lessons (60 minutes each) shall be guaranteed for the active participants.
- Each course will last 4 days minimum. The actual duration of the course shall depend on the number of enrolled students. The participants shall be notified by 7 July 2026.
- The Organizers reserve the right to change the course dates and teachers.
- Concerts by outstanding course participants will take place in the Florianka Recital Hall, Sereno Fenn’a 15, Kraków.
