It is with indescribable regret and immense sadness
that we received the news of the death of

Professor Stanisław Krawczyński,

Rector of the Academy of Music in Kraków
in 2005–2012 and 2016–2020,

a highly regarded choral conductor,
awarded with numerous prizes and titles
for outstanding achievements in the field of choral music,

a promoter of choral singing in all its forms,

a wonderful long-time teacher at the AMKP Department of Choral Studies,

and the initiator of the Kraków choral festivals
Cantate Domino and Małopolskie Spotkania Kolędowe (Małopolska Carol Meetings).
