mgr Maria Guzik
Maria Guzik finished studies in the Faculty of Composition, Interpretation and Musical Education at Krakow Music Academy (Master of Arts). During her studies Guzik already started to collaborate as an accompanist with teachers, soloists and conductors like Helena Łazarska, Krzysztof Missona, Adam Szybowski, Elżbieta Szmytka, Ewa Michnik. In the same time she was teaching in the Primary Music School in Krakow as a teacher-accompanist.
Guzik was participating in Music Meetings in Baranów, ,Sandomierz and Stalowa Wola organized by Krakow Music Academy, in opera performances and concerts of students from the Faculty of Voice and Drama and the Instrumental Faculty , violin competitions of Grażyna Bacewicz in Wrocław and Olsztyn. She was taking part in church music concerts, philharmonic concerts, music shows for children and the concerts organized by academic teachers from Krakow Music Academy.
Besides working as an associate professor-accompanist in the Faculty of Composition, Interpretation and Musical Education, Guzik is giving concerts individually. She is also very active organizer of charity music events, collecting money for renovation of old catholic and orthodox churches in Poland.
