How to apply

Both Polish and foreign students can apply for a place in the AMKP Student Dormitory.

 

Applying for a place in the Student Dormitory for the academic year 2026/2027 for AMKP students

Applications for a place in the AMKP Student Dormitory should be filled out in the STUDENT module in the NESOS system within the following dates:

25 May – 14 June 2026.

NOTE: The above application deadline applies only to those who are continuing their studies at the same level in the 2026/2027 academic year.

 

Applying for a place in the Student Dormitory for the academic year 2026/2027 for FIRST YEAR students (first- and second-cycle studies)

The application deadlines for students admitted to first- and second-cycle programmes will be announced by 15th July 2026.

NOTE: This information also applies to AMKP third-year students of first-cycle studies who will be applying for admission to second-cycle studies in the 2026/2027 academic year.

 

From October 1st, 2025 the fees for Student Dormitory are as follows: The fee for a place in a single room: PLN 1000, place in a double room PLN 800. More details in the Price list tab (in English) and in the Ordinance No. 23/2025.
