REGISTRATION for studies

Registration for the 2024/2025 academic year will take place in August/September 2024.

1. Electronic application for admission to the Doctoral School – the start date for electronic registration will be announced in May/June 2024.
2. Master’s degree (or its certified true copy) or other equivalent document – shall be attached as a scan to the registration form.
   a) a candidate who is a citizen of a country which is a member of the European Union shall present a Master’s degree diploma or other equivalent legalized document.
   b) a candidate who is a citizen of a country which is NOT a member of the European Union shall present a Master’s degree diploma or other equivalent document with “apostille” or nostrification, or a confirmation that it is recognised as equivalent to a Polish Master’s degree on the basis of an international agreement on the recognition of foreign educational qualifications.
3. CV – as an attachment to the registration form, in PDF format.
4. Artistic and scientific biography with a detailed list of achievements to date – as an attachment to the registration form, in PDF format.
5. The description of artistic and scientific plans for the course of study – as an attachment to the registration form, in PDF format.
6. A colour photograph in electronic format, 20×25 mm, 300 dpi resolution – a JPG file shall be uploaded in the registration form.

PLEASE NOTE: We kindly inform that the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Krakow does not provide accompanists during the entrance examinations to the Doctoral School.

FEES

The fee for the entrance exam is PLN 150.
